Women's Basketball Drops Exhibition Game

The Kansas Christian women's basketball team dropped an exhibition game at Baker University on Monday night. The Falcons remain 2-0 as exhibition games do not count on their official schedule. 

Baker would run out to a 21-10 lead in the first quarter to take control of the game. The Falcons ramped up their offense in the second quarter with 20 points, but trailed 47-30 at the half. Baker kept Kansas Christian at arms length in the second half and the Falcons would fall 73-54. 

Zhira Cephus led the offense with 14 points. Sidnee Bergquist added 13 points. Mikalle Pair grabbed a team high seven rebounds. Danna Wagnon and Cephus each tallied five asssts. Cephus also had five steals and blocked two shots. 

The Falcons are back in action tonight hosting Central Christian College of the Bible in Cowen Memorial Auditorium at 5:30pm.
