Lady Falcons Move to 3-0

The Kansas Christian women's basketball team rolled to a third victory on OCS Reading Buddy Night in Cowen Memorial Auditorium. Overland Christian School students were invited to the game to watch and be involved in on court festivities throughout the evening. 

Mae Norman led the way offensively for the Falcons in the win. Norman's 21 points led all scorers. Norman also had a game high seven steals leading to many easy buckets for the Falcons. Zhira Cephus added 13 points, three steals, and three assists. Brendeja Holloman finished with 12 points and Danna Wagnon had 10 ponts. Monique Hunt had a team high 10 rebounds. 

The Falcons opened the game on a 7-0 run and led by seven after the first quarter. They used a 20 point advantage in the second quarter to lead by 27 at halftime before going on to win the game by a final score of 83-34. 

On Saturday, Kansas Christian plays their third straight home game when they host Barclay at 5pm in Cowen Memorial Auditorium.
