Falcons Drop Two in Home Triangular

The Kansas Christian women's volleyball team hosted Stephens College and the Ottawa University Gold JV team on Saturday afternoon. The Falcons would fall 3-0 to both teams. Both matches were exhibitions. 

In the first game of the triangular, Kansas Christian took on Stephens College. Layla Dixon tallied a team high five kills while Daria Korovina had the team high in assists with seven and digs with 12. Sidnee Bergquist and Layne Shipley each had a block assist. 

In the final match of the day, Kansas Christian took on the Ottawa JV. Larencea Doles had a nice service run for the Falcons that included three aces and 14 total serves in the match. Korovina had 12 more digs. Latresa Saunders had two block assists. Bergquist had a block assist and a solo block. 

The Falcons stay at home in their next match when they host Union College on Tuesday, October 11 at 6pm in Cowen Memorial Auditorium.
